Yes. We buy devices with cracked screens, water damage, charging issues, or that won't turn on. Just be sure to accurately describe the condition when getting your quote.

Before shipping, back up your important data, sign out of all accounts (especially iCloud on Apple devices), remove your SIM card, and perform a factory reset. We handle secure data wiping, but completing these steps first is strongly recommended.

Shipping

Shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid shipping label at checkout. Just print it, pack your device securely, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Most orders are completed within 5 to 7 business days from shipment to payment. This includes shipping time and our standard device inspection timeline.

If our inspection reveals a different condition than described, we'll contact you with a revised offer. You can accept the new price or have your device returned at no charge.
